Hip-hop and comic book culture have always shared a powerful connection. Both are built on larger-than-life characters, origin stories, mythology, style, struggle, imagination, and legacy. That connection reaches a new level with Mass Appeal’s Legend Has It… Marvel Variant Box Set, a limited-edition collector’s release bringing together seven landmark albums from the celebrated Legend Has It… series, reimagined through the world of Marvel Comics.
For me, this release is more than just a collectible. It is an honor to have my production, mixing, and musical work included in a project that connects Mass Appeal, Marvel Comics, and some of the most legendary names in hip-hop history.

Being part of this universe is something I do not take lightly.
I had the honor of producing six tracks on Raekwon’s The Emperor’s New Clothes, contributing to a body of work from one of the greatest storytellers hip-hop has ever seen. Raekwon’s music has always carried cinematic weight — vivid street narratives, luxury, wisdom, and sharp detail — so seeing this album reimagined through the Marvel lens makes perfect sense. The Marvel Variant Edition of The Emperor’s New Clothes features artwork by acclaimed Marvel artist Salvador Larroca, bringing a bold comic-book energy to The Chef’s latest chapter.
I am also proud to have produced “The Trial” by Ghostface Killah, featuring Method Man and GZA, from Supreme Clientele 2. To contribute music to a record involving three Wu-Tang legends is already a milestone, but to see that work connected to a larger cultural crossover with Marvel Comics and Mass Appeal makes it even more special.
The Legend Has It… Marvel Variant Box Set brings together hip-hop mythology and comic book storytelling in a way that feels natural and powerful. The full set includes all seven Marvel Variant vinyl albums, premium packaging, custom comic-style collage artwork, and a built-in NFC chip that unlocks exclusive digital content, including a digital edition of Legend Has It… Comic Issue #1.

As a producer, mixer, and musician, my goal has always been to create music that feels cinematic, timeless, and rooted in real culture. Having my work included alongside Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, GZA, and the other legends featured in this series is a major honor. Collaborating musically within a project connected to Marvel Comics and Mass Appeal is one of those moments that reminds me why I started creating in the first place.
From the studio to the vinyl, from the music to the artwork, this release represents legacy, storytelling, and culture on the highest level.
